Delivery Options
To deliver your favourite products, we have become partners with one of the most reliable companies., The Courier Guy. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong.
We will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a return instructions and the return shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.

Eligibilty for Returns
Your item must:
- be unworn
- be unwashed
- be undamaged
- have the original swing tag attached
In-Store Returns
Items may be returned in-store within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are welcome. Please note that our store does not offer cash refunds. However, we are more than happy to credit you with a store credit. The store credit may be used at any time and does not expire.
Online Returns
Email us with your return request within 14 days from the date of delivery.
We will schedule the collection of your return and provide you with your options for exchange or refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
